Service “Ask the experts” – How raise a question to experts
This service is solely intended for members of itSMF Czech Republic. Each member can raise a question by e-mail sent from his registered e-mail address to
The question can be either in Czech or English language; the answer will be in the same language as the question. The answer is usually sent within 5 working days. Text of the question will be published in website named Questions and answers (in Czech language only) and will be accompanied with document containing question and full text of answer. However, this document is accessible only for members after login.
Questions which are possible to put should in principle refer to any aspect related to ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 standard, especially:
- processes according ITIL V2 and V3
- ISO/IEC 20000 standard
- content of standard
- relation to ITIL V2 a V3
- implementation of processes according to this standard, preparation for certification audit
- process of certification audit and its other aspects
- accreditation process for certification companies, requirements for certification of auditors
