Best Practice Live

 

Website Best Practice Live was created as a homepage of ITIL Live^TM and is running by the official publisher of ITIL which is TSO (The Stationery Office). ITIL Live has been designed to help ITIL users gain a better understanding of ITIL V3 to enable them to turn theory into practice.

Together with a public Knowledge base with basic information about standards, news and events, ITIL Live also offers sections containing complete interrelated information on individual ITIL V3 processes, primary principles and roles, wide scale of editable process diagrams, patterns and templates included. So it could become to be a practical assistant in planning an implementation according to ITIL V3.

itSMF Czech Republic has bought one concurrent license for an access to non-public parts of the website Best Practice Live, therefore all members of itSMF Czech Republic may make use of above mentioned advantages.

 

Access rules to non-public sections of the BPL portal:

• Make your “Sign in”  as lately as you really need the access to non-public materials
• If another user is signed-in and your sign-in fails, try it later on
• Session duration for one user should not exceed 30 minutes
• Be considerate to other users and do not forget to sign-out after completion of your work
• Login credentials are included in the document attached bellow.
