On-line publications ITL V3

 

Members of itSMF Czech Republic can within their membership use access to on-line versions of core publications ITIL V3 published on portal Best Management Practice, managed by TSO (The Stationery Office) in conjunction with OGC (The Office of Government Commerce) and APMG:

• Service Strategy
• Service Design
• Service Transition
• Service Operation
• Continual Service Improvement

Access rules to on-line publications:

• If another user is signed-in and your sign-in fails, try it later on
• Session duration for one user should not exceed 30 minutes
• Be considerate to other users and do not forget to sign-out after completion of your work
• Login credentials are included in the document attached bellow.

Please note that itSMF CZ administrator is not able to solve an impossibility to sing-in to on-line publications, caused by other signed-in user.
